A special "for those living in Poland..." section.

I suggest that given the high amount of racism and insults found in posts by those not living in Poland, there should be a special section of PF that is only accessible to those with an IP address physically located in Poland. We could then discuss Polish affairs in peace without having to listen to comments about people being murdered, insults about ethnicity, ill-informed opinions from people living abroad, nonsense about Muslims and more.

What about it?

Yeah, you should have a special section on this forum for "special" people.
On one conduction though, you wouldn't be able to comment on the main forum as it is only fair.
I propose a name for your section - LaClub of Clowns - its has a good ring to it. LaC&C views on Poland.

Thank you Greggy and Ironside for illustrating my point perfectly ;) Rather kind of you to do so :)

I heard that you can take over the closet. Go grab the mop and clean it up. You could then discuss Polish affairs in peace there :)))

Perhaps in that section we could also have a rule about off-topic ad hom trolling?

Naw, I wouldn't really be on for this.
I use VPNs all the time and it'd just be an annoyance to turn it on and off and on again just to come here.

I think if Mods and Admin got their fingers outta their asses and stopped the racism, xenophobia, sexism then the forum would be a better place.

But we all know that ain't gonna happen, coz they can conveniently hide behind America's Freedom of Speech nonsense.

Of course, but if they're not willing to stop it, then it's a simple measure to make sure that those of us actually living in Poland can discuss things in peace without small children being bothersome.

The only problem is that it will reveal that many "patriotic" posters aren't actually living in Poland at all...

Spot on

Same here. Plus I often go outside Poland for short times to do with work. And of course the PF racist trolls probably use them all the time.

When talking about this forum, there are very few posters living in Poland who can be called xenophobic, racist and sexist.

Is not important what they are called but by whom. You cannot expect that anyone will take seriously a group of jesters who claim to represent a real Polish voice and who to the man are foreigners.

I like the idea Delph, but I am reasonably certain it won't happen.

I don't see why it shouldn't; there's a separate forum for Polonia, who by definition are not in Poland, so why not one for people who are in Poland?

Makes perfect sense in my view. A forum without Ironside, Wulkan, Johnny Reb and others could be very popular. Polonius would be allowed in, but he does at least make an effort to post links to news stories.

Fact number 1. If delphiandomine and his clique so desperately don't want people like me, Ironside and Johnny Reb on this forum why won't they move to other forum about Poland like allthingspolish? Because their ignorance, double standards and general trolling are getting exposed over there too. They get the same where ever they go.

Fact number 2. I suspect PF would be a far better place (and people would be encouraged to post) without the nonsense that you and the others that left Poland years ago post. A forum without you and the others would be a perfect place to discuss serious topics without your constant insults.

Maybe, as its completly fitting with the mindset of this forum, foreigners should be banned for the sub-forum. That is, anyone not posting from Poland.

I'm sure that the avid, Poland for the Poles posters, would agree.

I'm no longer living in Poland so I would be fine with it, but It may be pointless as the Trolls will use VPNs.

They seem to be arguing and whining about it. Seems to me as if the old phrase "Anglia dla Anglików i Polaków" is very true :D

but It may be pointless as the Trolls will use VPNs.

Then they can be thrown out, as most of them are quite honest about not living here.

Without people disagreeing with you and telling you that you're wrong when ever you are wrong. Well maybe it would be better place for you and your ego but that's not the goal of this forum as you know.

but It may be pointless as the Trolls will use VPNs.

Yes, delph was bragging about posting here while being banned, nothing can stop a devoted troll.

if Mods and Admin

If the Mods banned the nasty, vicious, arrogant, know-all badmouthing Brit Bully loadmouths, perhaps the forum would be a far more civilised place.

Wot? And discuss Polish "affairs" with the only poster Mr ATP NewsEditor? That site is for people who don't pay tax and contribute here. That means you.

Wot?

It's spelled "what" mister running schools English teacher.

If you all moved over there which is easily up to 10 people you could "discuss" Polish matters without people disagreeing with you which is what you want.

Anyone who uses obscenities and attacks his interlocutors has already LOST the argument. If you cannot behave like grown-ups and write on this forum like a person with an IQ of over 5 then do not contribute anything.

That's why I propose a nice section for those of us actually living in Poland. We won't have to read the vast majority of nonsense then, while we can discuss things in a fairly civilised manner. A lot of good posters (such as cms) are being driven away from this forum because of the constant nonsense about homosexuals, Muslims and others - and we want them to come back.

If the Mods banned the nasty, vicious, arrogant, know-all badmouthing Brit Bully loadmouths, perhaps the forum would be a far more civilised place.

Oh Polonius, you are such a character.

No I disagree - I have spent some time living here full time and some away but always have a strong connection. Like most people I am able to discuss a wide variety of topics without referring to Islam, Smolensk, Gays etc. However really this forum is just a reflection of the culture war in Polish society that reminds me strongly of early 90s USA. Its obvious some threads will cause flame wars and I just don't click on them.

to the mods I salute you - it is a thankless task. What is weird is that almost every forum are regularly visit - some travel forums, college hoops, some soccer, lots of music, have the same amount of axe grinders trying to bring grade school debating skills about totally unrelated issues. dzienki ;)
