I am looking for someone with a Van to deliver some tobacco leaves to Belgium for me. If you know anyone, please let me know

Your title is a bit vague, maybe mention the start off point?

It'll be difficult - the limit on importation to Germany is 800 unless it's commercial transport, but that means you need an EGP or bonded goods warehouse as well as being registered and the van will need to carry an e-AD too. Most people with vans won't have any experience in transporting such goods, and the German Zoll are forever stopping vans on the PL-D border.

I know some people that offer transport services, but none of them would carry tobacco or other excisable goods.

These are unprocessed tobacco leaves for making snuff which are classed almost as a food product. It is the processing of them that makes it illegal. I just need a man with a van. My associate in UK will meet the delivery in Zeebrugge and take it to the UK.

It is the processing of them that makes it illegal.

If it's legally sound, there's a lot of offers here - gumtree.pl/s-przeprowadzki-i-transport-towarow/pomorskie/v1c9144l3200005p1

But are you sure that there's no excise tax on it? You'd want to make sure that the Poles, Germans and Belgians have no issue with it. In particular, the Belgians can be really strict on these things.

I'm positive. When we sell it, what the people who buy it do with it is up to them. We dont sell shredders or any other equipment for processing, so what we do is perfectly above board.

Shouldn't be a problem then. It's more difficult to find transport going towards Belgium than in the reverse direction, but it might be worth sticking an advert on Gumtree and seeing what comes up. Does it have to be Zeebrugge? You might find more luck finding someone willing to take it to Dunkerque or Calais instead.
