Transport household items to north east England

I need to transport one metal/wood bookcase weighing around 35 kilos and 1 medium sized box weighing around 10 kilos. Starting place is Tarnow. Destination is Newcastle or Sunderland. Does anyone have any ideas of a van going that way?
