Hello everyone,

As a foreigner myself I've been thinking of buying a real estate in Warsaw and I am looking for a lawyer who is knowledgeable in Polish real estate laws and can give me consultations. Could anybody suggest me a lawyer on that?

Thanks,
WGB

That would depend on what kind of property you want to buy, for what reason, how much of it, where, and where you are from.

you dont need a lawyer you need a notary public.

No, he doesn't need a notary, not until he has found a property which he wants to purchase, then he will need a notary.

I would be able to help you with the sale of your apartment (though I don't live directly in Wroclaw). If you are interested, PM me on the forum. Cheers.
