if you want to employ people, do PAYE,(Isuppose you mean 'self employed '? ) and advertise locally.
Stop trying to exploit immigrants.

Stop trying to exploit immigrants.

how s he exploiting migrants, minimum wage is 7.50 an hour , he is offering 10, so if the guy works 10 hours a day he will be earning over two grand a month (if he works only 5 days per week) some 26k per year, ok tax and fees has to be paid but thats life, there is also government top ups , as in tax credits depending on circumstances.

But If its cash in hand and not invoiced the migrant will be in high cotton.

Thank you. I can assure you I am not seeking to exploit anyone. We have over 200 cleaners working this model; the majority being English. We are looking to open this avenue to other nationalities also. £10 per hour on a self employed basis works out far better than minimum wage on PAYE for people that are happy to work I can assure you.

I agree good luck, as you said " for people that are happy to work" few and far between these days, most are happy on cushy government handouts in the UK.

cushy government handouts

Nothing 'cushy' about the dole.

£10 per hou

That's pretty well about the 'living wage'.

oh get real, dolno. Would £140 a fortnight be 'cushy' to you? really? and obviously there are no 'government top ups' for unprotected workers working cash in hand.

If someone wants to employ people, they should do it properly and legally, and not take advantage of immigrant labour and then witter about those who are 'happy to work'. I bet there is not even insurance.

I bet there is not even insurance.

And no holiday pay or sick pay as well. What a great job!

And I agree, there's nothing cushy about life on benefits in the UK.

how did you work that out? Arithmetic not your strong point then? Let's see, let's factor in tax, NI, holiday pay and sick pay. ....

Remember that pretending people are self employed means that their employer can dodge any responsibilities connected with the new workplace pension.

I nearly choked on my sandwich. Life on benefits in the UK is very cushy. One benefit opens the door to another which opens the door to another.

Why do you think the migrants from Africa want to come here ? To work ??

Life on benefits in the UK is very cushy.

if you think living on 70 quid a week, even if your rent is (mostly) paid, is 'cushy' then obviously either you have never done it or you have really low standards of what constitutes 'cushy'.

Yes most people want to work, wherever they come from.
<waits for someone to start on single parents>
