Visa for Americans to teach in Poland

Hello! I am an American teacher. In July, I left the United States to move to Spain for a teaching job that turned out to be a scam. Then I went to Brussels to look for work, and when my 90 day tourist visa was up in the EU, I came to Buenos Aires. Now I have a job offered to me in Poland, and they would like me to begin on the 2nd of January. I left Europe on the 21st of October, so I believe that I need to stay out of the EU until the 19th of January (90 days). Does anyone know anything about this? Any help or advice would be much appreciated :) Thanks!

Just curious but didn't you know that there was a gigantic recession going on in Europe...especially Spain?

No you do not have to be outside of the EU for 90 days. As long as you leave the EU within 90 days to go to a non EU country and return you are alright.

Sometimes they will be suspicious if you lets say spend 90 days in Poland, and then go to Ukraine for 1 day, then its different.

But as you have done travel to Bueno Aires and then return after a month or more you are okay.
