Hi all,
I've scanned the forums for information on Pila located in Greater Poland as I have been assigned a job starting from April 2017 and will be relocating from India. I am planning to travel alone. I have around 10 years of experience as a business analyst and will be relocating through my Software company based out of India. I have a few questions in this regard:
The salary that I have been offered as a base income is close to 141,000 PLN, and an annual housing allowance of 20,000 PLN on top. In addition, I will be given a one time relocation amount of 15,000. So my monthly gross salary comes up to around 9100 PLN (minus 32% taxes).
My questions are
1) Is this a comfortable enough salary to live in Pila and do a bit of sight seeing every couple of months ? I feel that for the experience I have, I am getting underpaid. (I am currently earning around 10000PLN in India per month (Software income + DJ income over weekends)). The only plus point of moving to Pila would be the fixed work hours (8) and the work exposure as well as the ability to travel around a bit (and maybe make some extra income on djing too).
2) How is Pila as a place (accomodation, people etc.) ? Very tough to find information on the internet about it.
Thanks for all your help in advance.
