Hi South African, I've got some experience with SAP applications (CM, CRM, BW etc) - mainly consultancy. SAP is a very rare speciality in Poland. I remember when i was looking for work then, Most companies that implemented SAP had offshelf products or outsourced a consultancy firm to implement the applications. The main problem with IT work in Poland is blue chip companies have a huge European clientele hence its essential that their employees have fluency in 2/3 European languages.
Your best bet is a consultancy firm like Accenture Poland, Delloite Poland etc. Like i mentioned earlier, most of the SAP work is outsourced to them.
SAP is huge in Germany, on a spin, you could find a Germany IT company with some presence in Poland. It's all options mate. Hope it all works for you - Good Luck!
A leading outsourcing firm in Poland is Contract Administration (ca-staff.eu) - they own their own SAP platform which is probably now the largest SAP HR installation in the country. I know they are looking for experienced SAP HR/Payroll people. Why not email your cv to info@ca-staff.eu
Merged: Opinions on 14000pln gross for a senior SAP consultant in Wroclaw
Hey experts, Posting this to get some more opinions. . Have an overall experience of 8 years with 6 in SAP. I have been offered a role of Senior SAP Analyst with one of the fortune 500s in Wroclaw. Salary offered is around 14000 pln gross. Is that a good deal for my skillset to live comfortably and save around 6000 pln a month ?
If not, then how much should I be asking for as the negotiations are not over yet. I am single.
Was approaching you to check if you have any friends who would like to join the ERP team - for S/4 HANA singleERP implementation and also taking care of existing SAP applications (not only EG all SAP instances).
