i have a russian friend, who is think try her luck in warsaw, she works in a travel agency, and she want to know how much she can earn....
How much is a salary of a travel agency employee in Warsaw, Poland?
Earnings are not bad, but for a Polish reality. On the other hand there are rumors that people with one year experience gets only the lowest national pay.. So also much depends also from one's luck. However in Warsaw it should be 2000 zł netto plus bonuses depended on the sale. And again some of this extra money are paid once for 3 months, and others pay it on a monthly basis.
The pilots makes a good money, though they sweat sometimes from morning to night - frequent flights, climate change and time zones, exposure to the customers whims, unreliable guides and contractors etc. But they can get more than 4000 netto.
The pilot receives a rate per day of his work. The best organizers, with good budgets offers net salary eg. 500 zł per day for an experienced specialist. The pilot has also provided the same benefits as a group - food, accommodation, transport and insurance.
Satisfactory rate for many professionals is 400 zł net per day (though it's of course very relative), but lower wages prevail - I know, that there are organizers which the pilots rate of 300 zł per day consider as one of the high.
Everything of course depends from the departure type, the budget of the event, the organizer, the client (there are those who prefer the cheapest trips), and finally from the contract with the pilot.
Most pilots, however, works on so called self-employed basis or on a contract work, combining this job with his studies or an another job.

When you say 'pilot' do you mean guide or courier, i.e. someone who looks after a group of package tourists?

That's up to the OP to decide :)
But seeing that the original question was about salary in a travel agency to which you have answered with daily income of pilots, guides etc. i would find it very surprising if your answer would have made the OP any wiser than he / she was before :)

First of all, you have to visit Poland. It seems you haven't been to Poland yet? Then the formal way would be to open a company (you actually want to do that because you need to have an insurance if you plan to travel your customers = tourists). It is not an easy step and requires quite a lot of paperwork; a better solution would be to try it first and see if it's going to work out ;)
