Hi My polish wife and i want to relocate to Poland, our marriage
register in Poland. i send a letter to the polish embassy in my country
regarding this issue, they wrote me: "with regard to your question, the Consular Section kindly inform that you have to apply for a long-term (National) visa in our Embassy. After you'll get it, you register yourself ( address of living) in Poland and go to Urząd Wojewódzki to apply for a work permit."
is it true? as i understand the residence visa already give me right to work, its better
to do the process in the embassy or in Poland?
Thank you
A resident visa doesn't not give you the permission to work.. and vice versa.
In Poland its two different documents.
so if you get a work permit, and without a resident visa, it wont do either.
To answer your question, yes you need a work permit to work in Poland while living in Poland :)
I know.. its strange ;)
