I have a Q to those who's been in Poland for some time. Is it possible/difficult to find teaching job for a non-native English speaker with B.A. in English and teaching experience in China (2 years)? My level of Polish is basic, though I want to improve it. I would really love to live in Poland :) If no, what other job is possible to find for me? I have experience only in teaching. Any information would be appreciated :)
Is it possible/difficult to find a job in Poland for Ukrainian citizen? (B.A. in English)
As an Ukrainian you don't need work permit to teach your mother language in public schools. But there is low demand in public schools for Russian and nearly not existent for Ukrainian.
To teach English (or do any other job) for more than 6 months per year you need work permit. So that's not so bad situation as you could work for few months, prove yourself good worker, so your boss was convinced to apply for work permit for you.
But I think that your chances of getting English teaching job is close to none. The competition of Poles and British people is too big and you have disadvantage against them - it's not your native language and you need work permit.
Teaching is bad work sector now, because of demographic low. Many teachers are fired. For example in Radom (22000 citizens) this month over 100 were fired, because less children starts education.
Here you can see jobs for people with Russian knowledge:

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I will try to look for job with the help of those links. One more thing I am considering is being a flight attendant - my dream :) But I guess I need to speak Polish very well... I also have Karte Poliaka and hope it can help me.

Ok, then you have a chance for some English teaching job, because the only disadvantage against Poles is your lack of Polish language knowledge. Bur perhaps some language schools would need English and Russian teacher. Then you would have advantage. Don't forget to write in your CV and job application, that you have Karta Polaka and thus don't need work permit or Visa.
I still need visa, because my passport, citizenship and nationality is still Ukrainian. But I'm not sure about work permit..
You're right it doesn't say that Karta Polaka allows you to enter Poland. But you definitely don't need work permit:

No you don't. wizzair.com/en-GB/career/cabin_crew
For Ryanair English is sufficient too. They recruit from Wrocław in Poland.

Ryanair
For Ryanair you need an EU passport. They're also a crap employer.

Terrible. They have even banned staff from charging mobile phones when at the office.
I've heard the same about Ryanair. And I checked Wizzair, they don't hire in Poland now :(
Don't worry, even if they were you would have low chances anyway. Too big competition.
you can apply to Emirates or QATAR :)
