MinnieS 1 | 5 25 Aug 2011 / #1Hi, I'm leaving Poland after a year working here, According to our HR dept I'm going to loose my pensionfund contributions made every month? Is this possible that they deduct 9% every month and then I can't clain any of it back? Thanks
Zman 25 Aug 2011 / #2It all depends on the agreements between the countries, you should check that. Similarly, they tell me I lost my 4,5 year of payments to US social security system....

Zman 26 Aug 2011 / #4Not always, they way it works in US it takes 10 years of paying before you become eligible for any of what you have contributed.

ljubisa10 16 Apr 2012 / #6Dear Sir/Madam,My father in law died in Augist 2011. He was a citizen of the Republic of Macedonia but he also was a user of a pension from Poland. The pension fund in my country told us that they have sent all the necessery documents to your fund. So far there is no replay from the Polish fund. Since his wife (my mother in law) is still alive, can you please tell me is she going to receive some kind of pension from Poland.Thank you and best regards
