In order to work in Poland, do I have to graduate from a Polish university?

is it must to graduate from polish uni for foreigners who wanna work in poland? except those experts or who are sent to poland to work.

you can work in poland with a degree from another country. try to at least learn english first. tbh you dont stand much chance.

Jobs where they can't find people from the EU. In other words, people with experience, knowledge and ability.

which minor language teachers do poland need? like spanish? german? french? chinese?

chinese definitely yes. plenty of people interested in this language.

in order to teach chinese,any speicific teaching qualification needed or just as long as u are chinese is ok?

demand is high, so even without any formal qualifications you could make decent money giving private lessons. People do have common sense - for them possibility to interact with native chinese is worth much more than any certificates. Just settle in a city that has university with sinology courses (warsaw has one for sure)

You're not going to get the residence card based on private lessons.

There are already plenty of native Chinese out there doing all the private lessons that there is demand for. And Poles aren't stupid - they're not going to pay some random Chinese person when they can have a real teacher of Chinese privately for not much money.
