Job in Poland for MBA

Hey,

I have done my MBA in Marketing , i have experience of around 3 yrs as marketing and client relations manager with reputed companies in India, what are the chances of me finding job at Poland? In which particular companies or particular Industry should i look for job, I don't know polish language as yet , but have started with the basics, do the companies recognize the MBA degree from India or is it mandatory to have a polish degree ?

I know that what I'm about to tell you might be unbelievable, but there are Polish people in Poland speaking Polish with an MBA who are out of work and can't get any jobs.

What do you think your chances of finding a job are?

oh oh :( is it that difficult, what are the other options i can work out on , will it be a little easier to get jobs in MNC's over there?

So...why do you want to come to Poland if you have such a good job in India? Did you consider maybe the UK?

People in India feel its hard to get legal working papers there,maybe thats why?

Do you honestly think that it will be a walk in the park to get any legal working papers in Poland, especially as you don't speak any Polish?

Practically none. Poland is crawling with unemployed people with MBAs in marketing, and they speak Polish. No need to bring in anyone from abroad unless they had serious and extensive management or administrative experience, which you don't.

So looking for work for someone with your qualifications and experience is a waste of time. Look elsewhere. You're chances of finding better work is much higher in India than it is in Poland.

Now if you had an engineering degree and experience in IT, that would be a different matter...

I am looking for jobs in Poland because marriage is taking me there and since i have been working here, it will be difficult for me to live there without a job

I am also looking for a job but not only in Poland but everywhere else. Please contact me if you have any demands in construction workers

It's still a pretty unrealistic and unworkable plan, because it will be nigh impossible for you to find a job to support yourself with your qualifications and experience. Basically, nothing you have is needed on the Polish job market. I would make plans of sharing your life with your spouse somewhere else besides Poland, because your chances for success are remote, at best, there. Or consider finding another spouse.

Sorry, but Poland is just not in your future. Look elsewhere.
