How much is a good salary for a manager at software company in Poland?

Hi guys,
This is my first post at Polish Forums. I hope it will be a long membership in here.

My question is, how much is good salary for a manager position at a software company for 6 + years experienced person with good English and having multi cultural background? My opinion was around 14000 PLN gross per month. Is it too much?

I found some information about salaries in 2015:

Director (or manager??) - 15 000 pln
Head of Department - 9 000 pln
Specialist - 5 550 pln

In 2016 (specialists):
database administrator - 8 800 pln
lan/wlan network administrator - 7 605 pln
system designer - 7 500 pln
erp systems - 6 867 pln
database programmer - 6 332 pln
system administrator - 5 784 pln
graphic artist - 5 013 pln
serviceman - 4 742 pln
engineer support - 4 580 pln

Hello everyone!

I'm a DevOps based in Argentina which is doing some interviewing process to relocate in Wrocław city if everything goes smoothly to work on an IT company there.

Now my point is that I'm actually have no idea which is an 'accurate' salary I should ask for (in terms of monthly net income), since I'm not quite familiar with the percentage of deductions Poland govt. takes from gross salary.

I'm asking on this post to fellow DevOps / SysAdmins or anybody who is familiar with IT sector/market there for any good piece of advice or recommendation on this matter.

Kuzyn - those are net numbers?
Are they good in comparison with general cost of living?

I'm a Linux DevOps, which it may fall into System Administrator category.

Those are GROSS numbers, as everyone may have different deductions from their brutto (gross) salary.
