Entrepreneur Tax in Poland - which type: progressive, flat, lump-sum or fixed amount tax is best for me?

Hello,

Can someone help me with choosing the type of tax best suited for me? I want to open an online gifts shop.
To open my company i went online to firma.gov.pl, the process is very simple until i reached taxation page.
There are 4 options to choose from.

1. General principles of taxation (progressive tax)
2. Flat tax
3. Lump-sum tax on registered revenue
4. Fixed amount tax

There are no explanations and i don't know what to chose from.
I found a Polish site helping foreigners open business in Poland but it isn't very helpful. The site is foreigners in poland/work/taxes-in-poland.html

Flat tax will probably be best (and only) option in your case (but it will depend slightly on how much income you will have and what costs you will have, it's possible that the first option might be better for you, I'm not entirely sure, as the option isn't available to me).
