British working in China and moving to work in Poland. Income tax exemption?

I am British, currently working in China and have been offered a job in Poland. My prospective new employer has told me that there is a 2 year income tax exemption status for people moving from China to Poland because of an agreement between the 2 countries. However, I can't find any information about this on any English language websites.

Does anyone know anything about this agreement?

There is a Sino-Polish agreement on the avoidance of double income tax, but I can't think why there should be a two-year exemption from tax for individuals. If I were you, I'd ask the company to send you a link to the Polish government website where this is stated in black and white.

I'd be asking for more than that - I'd want a decision from their local tax office.

Either way, sounds like rubbish to me.
