Big 4 Audit Manager salary in Poland

Hello,
I am Audit Manager in a Big 4 in Italy and I am planning to move to Krakow within next months, since my girlfriend in Polish and we are thinking to move there from Italy where we live.

I have few questions:
- How much a Big 4 Audit Manager 2 is earning per month (gross) roughly?
- I have a proposition from an international company to join them as head of internal control Dept. and they are offering me about 12K PLN per month. Do you believe it would be more convenient to me to ask my company to be relocated in Poland (if I do it I cannot refuse easily the salary they will offer me) or to accept the proposition I already have? Is it in line with market salary?

should be gross + a bonus equal to almost 2 extra months per year.

depends really on the size and tier of the company. Head of internal audit department - what's the size of that department will be?

My mistake, it is not head of Dept but Senior IC

That's very low for that position. It must be a lot less than you're earning in Italy. At the big four in Krakow it should be around 16-20,000 - the high end if you have acca and / or cia.

xerxes88, you are saying that in Big 4 in Krakow audit manager earns 20k? Are you sure about that? Where's this number coming from?

emastasiek, if the proposed position doesn't assume direct subordinates then the salary sounds about right. Consider that live in Krakow is way cheaper than in Warsaw. Did you try to negotiate?

I read the initial post and it used the word manager so I assumed the person would have subordinates. I've noticed the op has qualified this and stated Senior IC now. So yes the salary does seem more reasonable but on the average side. If I'd say try for 14000 if you have some good experience.
