It may be possible to find work picking fruit on a farm in Poland over the summer, you will be immersed in Polish culture and language. Maybe the organic farms will pay a touch better.

The market for English teachers is saturated, everyone has to eat and many farms still pick fruit by hand. JLisiecki may be competing with the Ukrainians, but at least JLisiecki will have the advantage of being a legal EU worker.

Are there any opporutnites for summer-camp counsellors in Poland? In the States many uni students find such jobs or work in what is called the 'hospitality industry' (hotels, restaurants, tourst attractions, etc.) during the summer.
