Why do many Polish guys prefer to working in construction sites or factories abroad instead of waiters

I have seen many romanian young guys working as waiters but mostra Polish guys prefers hard jobs instead of waiter. I also thought that many polish guys lack that sly, chatty attitude many romanian or turkish guys have. Why would Simeone preferito harder jobs? I have also noticed that many polish guys are kinda indifferent and dont talk much.

Because construction work pays more. Ive worked in corporations and have a college education yet run a small home remodeling/construction firm since it pays more. If you know of any other jobs where I can average 500 to 1k a day, make my own hours, deal only with people I want to deal with I'm all ears. The only reason why I stay on the payroll of a corporation is for the benefits.
