(a) Where would be the cost-effective way to post a temporary English speaking administrative & logistics assistant job in Krakow? We want to employ him/her directly on an hourly base - not through agencies. Any recommended site/newspaper to post?

(b) What could be considered a decent (or even high) hourly rate that will attract an experienced professional such position?
