What type of visa to get to USA? Polish citizen moving from London, UK

Hi. I've lived in London for the last 7 years working permamently as an electrical estimator. I'm thinking about leaving for USA because of the low property prices there (well, one of the reasons...) but I'm not sure if I qualify for H1B visa because I'm an educated electro-technician only (which in the UK is NVQ3 equivalent only). Any ideas how to get to the states (legally of course...).

You can either get married to an american, or the smartest way but also very unlikely way are for you to get a job there.

If you get a job you can stay there on a working visa (as long as you are employeed offcourse)
