Thoughts/ Opinions on Krolewskie Jadlo, Polish Restaurant and should I order in Polish?

Has anyone been? It's a popular restaurant with two locations. One in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and one in Ridgewood, Queens.
I am thinking of going to the one in Ridgewood and am confident the food is good due to almost all the customer reviews being positive, but I was curious to know if anyone on here has gone before and if they have any recommendations/criticisms. I'm thinking of getting some yummy Kielbasa. I'm also thinking of trying to speak in Polish when I order/talk to the wait staff but I'm worried I might mess up my grammar/pronunciation (I have only just recently started reading and listening to Polish language lessons) and be thought of as foolish by them. Am I being too self-conscious?

I doubt they'll actually speak Polish.


You could start by learning about what "kielbasa" actually is - it doesn't have a capital letter, for a start.

Perhaps, but they might at least speak "Poglish"
I know that kielbasa is delicious! The funny thing is my friend who made it didn't actually know where it's from, he thought it's a southern food like Cajun or something lol. I capitalized more for emphasis, like the mighty Bacon, I like my meats (No pun or innuendo intended)

It's from the USA, Germany, UK and many other countries.

Why not try? What's the worst that can happen?

- they decide you're mocking them and beat the crap out of you?
