Looking for a Polish language school in South Jersey, USA

My sister (and her two kids) having been inspired by my return to Poland with its re-connection to family want to learn Polish. She is very stubborn and I believe she'll learn enough once she sets her mind to it. The only problem is, she hasn't been able to find a school. When I was a boy all the Polish social clubs ran "Polish schools" on the weekends for the kiddies to learn. Does anyone know of such a school?

Sis lives in Vineland, NJ (about 45 min from Philly).

I know there are at least 2 schools in Trenton. One is at the Saint Hedwick's Church, the other one is at the Saint Cross church. They are for kids though, I don't know of any for grown ups. I personally know one of the teachers from Saint Cross Church school. If your sister is interested I could put her in touch with her.

Yes, I figured. After I posted I looked up Vineland on the map. It'd really far down south.

I am trying to find resources for learning Polish from a "live" person or class. I live in South Jersey but would not mind going to Philadelphia. Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas?
