I am American and my girlfriend is from Poland. She's been visiting me every few months since a year and a half ago. She works in Poland and is still in University doing her masters.

She's never had an issue visiting me but I am curious when a possible issue will arise. Any advice for what to say at the border?

She's visited....
June2013 - 1 week
Sept2013 - 3 weeks
Dec13-Jan14 - 3 weeks
Sept2014 - 2 weeks

This time she'll be staying Oct29-Dec21.

Any thoughts?

What issues are you expecting? It looks like she's just having holidays there.

Border! where will she be crossing from...Mexico?

Poles need a visa to visit the states, no visa no entry.

Immigration in Newark NJ

She had a tourist visa and had visited all those times I mentioned. Just curious if they'll ever give her trouble for coming so much.

Sorry, HAS a visa... It's valid for another 7 years.

Nothing specific, just curious if because she comes so frequently (a few times per year) that they might be suspicious or give her a hard time.

Tell her to fill application for Green Card lottery. She has still time until 1st October: dvlottery.state.gov

If she gets it then she can visit you for longer. I think there is around 5% chance of getting.

Her tourist visa is good for 7 more years and she can legally stay 3 months each time.... I've just heard of them giving poles extra hard times so I am curious if they will give her a problem ever.

Unfortunately they may. I hate this. They can ask her where would she stay at the time - what will be her answer? And to whom? Main purpose of the trip? And question why so frequently?

She should stay calm and cool. Everything will be fine, but the questioning is killing sometimes.
Are we suspicious in advance because we're from Poland??

Yes, because we are not rich enough and because too many immigrants left Poland to USA illegally. And they prefer illegal immigrants to come through southern border.
