So my polish girlfriend wants to come back into the US for 3 weeks after spending 6 months here, 2 months ago. Her flight was overbooked on her way home and the airline gave fer a free flight voucher worth $800. Although her visa is good for another 3-5 years, didn't overstay her last trip and has no criminal background. She's freaked out and worried of the possibility they won't let her back in... I have no idea if she's just worrying or what? Any help would be appreciated.
I'm an American citizen. Lived here all my life. I think I should mention she has family here and that's initially why she came the first time...If she were to just say she got a free ticket cause her flight was overbooked and she didn't have much going on till the next semester of school started and just wanted to hang out with her family for a couple weeks, wouldn't that be enough? Not mentioning anything about visiting her boyfriend?
