Do you think there is are a market for Polish Food delivery in Chicago, NYC and/or Boston?

I mean ready meals. I find the concept very interesting, I for one (who exclusively eats delivered food) would order from that kind of place at least twice a week.

The question is, is it marketable?

Are you thinking of going into business? Anything is marketable if it is tasty enough :)

Merged: Gourmet Polish eatery in Brooklyn

Those with a stereotypical potatoes & cabbage view of Polish cuisine should visit this place for a taste of Royal Fare (Królewskie Jadło):

Nope, just heard about it. Next time I'm out that way I definitely plan to visit. Some of the dishes (esp. game) seem reminiscent of what the Polish Presidency is serving EU fatcats visitng Poland.

The menu does look interesting. Reminds me of the sort of thing you find in some of the posher hotels in Poland.
