Filing for divorce (US guy with a Polish lady)

My friend is from the US but married a Polish lady. They came to the US and were married. They later moved back to Poland and had a little boy. Where does he need to file for divorce to make it easier on him.

I think it depends where they are now. If in Poland, he should file it over there. The overall cost could be lower, and foreign divorce is accepted in the US.

First what do you mean by "make it easier on him". Do you mean emotionally? (And quickly). In Poland if I'm not wrong from what I heard of a few divorced friends in Poland, the divorce will take around about a year in Poland. FYI.

Wrong answer. It will be quicker in the States and cheaper in the long run.

I won't argue - all points of views are welcomed.
