I guess its time for the citizenry to become much,much, less domesticated. Its no secret who is responsible for this business. Catholic church, La Raza, certain tribes and other groups. I dont think people realize just how much is known but never spoken of in public. Their day of atonement draws near. Democrats support illegals for the votes - illegals vote in many states (no picture ID required in Georgia and many other states [thanks to ACLU lawsuits] - just bring paid bills under your name at a Georgia address). Also, once they eventually become legalized according to La Razza's statistics more than 90% of Mexicans for example always vote democratic. Yes, democrats flock to Latinos and Mexicans in particular (Cubans often vote Republican).

Republicans like the cheaper labor. Cheaper to the business owner as the actual cost is paid for by our society. Their medical care when they need it (emergency rooms), incarcerations when they commit crimes (just look at the percentages of illegal aliens in prisons - astounding), etc., etc.

I'd say those two parties are the main reason we even have this problem. They'll agree on a measure to build fences, hire more guards, etc. and a few months later one or the other party pulls the funding from the measure. This has been going on for years.

In answer to the original question...Some states (like Georgia) require that you give them a form that can be obtained from the SSA that states that you do not have a SSN. I don't know if you would be reported to ICE or not, but you can get a license without a SSN. You should be able to call your local DMV and find out if they'll accept it.

For anyone that may be wondering, no, I am not illegal or of hispanic decent. I would also recommend that the people who get themselves so worked up over these issues either take part politically and actually do something about what they believe in (non violently of course) or just live your life and not even worry about it. Stress will shorten your life expectancy, and arguing your point on a forum is not going to change anyone's mind about how they feel about whatever they may believe in.

Whatever your point of view, it's not bad that you have strong beliefs. However, it is bad that some of you are insulting and just want to complain about things you can't or don't do anything about. It makes you sound uneducated and racist.

Here's what you need to get a driver's license in IL... You can get a "Temporary Visitor Driver's License" ifyou "submit a letter on SSA letterhead with each application, issued within 90 days prior to the date of application, verifying ineligibility for a Social Security number.

Supposedly, the law also states that in IL, you have to be able to take the test in English. The study manual is available in Polish and Spanish version for IL, though.

I have a friend who is an illegal immigrant, long story don't feel like going into what happened that got her in that situation but it really wasn't her fault. She doesn't drive. Why? Because she can't and she's not a lawbreaker.

Like I said, I'm an immigrant, too. I have more tolerance and sympathy toward illegal and legal immigrants than natives. But that doesn't mean I think it's ok for people to break the law, native born or immigrant (legal or illegal). You don't bloody drive without a driver's license. Simples.

honestly ur better of to drive with out a license if u get pulled over all they are gonna do is tow your car and give u a fine. if you ''break the law'' and you have a license the punishments are more severe and the fines are more expensive. # **** the law!
