@Sdennis: of course, I have never been in a situation such as yours and I hope that I'll never will be. However, when I have a - big - problem, I check everywhere and with everybody I can think of in order to try to find a solution. Thanks to the net, you can make your dad's case known and I am sure to find help should he not be treated right (unfortunately it does happen and the USA is among the very worst countries in terms of justice.....)

Compared to ? (as he does a palm plant on his forehead) so not true but refuse to go off topic with a response.
