due to proximity

and, for caribbean at least:
no lines to stand in
no must-see places
no schedules, phones, TVs
casual/minimal clothing
interesting ex-pats
cheap rum
good seafood

What about Madagascar? What about the December 24, 1945?

What about Madagascar?

must have been some covert "tourism".

What about the December 24, 1945?

Can you show that on a map?

Top travel destinations for 2011

Amazing how many people want to travel to Finland. I mean, it's a pretty place to go to but there are many even more interesting places than Finland.

Swinging on a hammock on a tropical beach, nice.

Not necessarily. She said that would be her view - so maybe it's the case that she'll be forced to watch someone swinging on a hammock.

f stop could be shackled to a tree in rags for all we know

Teffle's got something right tho, the view is from the kitchen of a rental house on a sparsely populated island.

Kinda agree. I think 70% is too favorable to Americans. It must be much lower now.

I don't blame you for thinking that way. If I had to judge it by this forum, I wouldn't expect it either but this forum already proved to show wrong picture of Poland and the other countries discussed here too.
