Polish community in Illinois

Just moved in Greater Chicago area and I wonder where are those 700k Polish here in Illinois :) I'm really interested in Polish culture and language and would like to check out if there's any neighborhood like China Town here in IL.

I heard there is a community in the northwest, and southeast side of town.maybe.

Used to be along the Northwest side (Milwaukee Ave.) but maybe they're more diffused now.
