Admission to master programs at top-tier universities in the USA/UK/Canada/Australia

Hello!

I would like to know what are the real possibilities of getting accepted for a master program by top-tier universities in the USA, the UK, Canada, and Australia for students with a polish bachelor's degree from University of Warsaw or Jagiellonian University.

Do you think that the bachelor's degrees from those two universities are really taking in consideration by admissions officers of top-tier universities from the countries I mentioned?

as long as you get very good grades, are ranked in the top of your class, have great recommendations, do very well on the GRE/TOEFL/admissions essays I don't see why you wouldn't get a decent shot at it...
