Got to feel a little bit sorry for them though: what they were doing (from what I can work out at least) is entirely legal under Polish law.

You really have to wonder where the crime is if the women are doing it freely on their own accord.

If not illegal technically...

Human trafficking is the problem, although I am sure there are a percentage of women who do it on their own free will, there are many more who tricked,manipulated into the life of sex slave. If a few innocents have to be caught in order to get to the organized crime syndicates, its a small price to pay.

We have to ask ourselves, is the law justified for arresting women being prostitutes on their own will? Also, why are many of these prostitutes caught from countries like Poland?

i don't think they are unattractive they could use a shower and a little make up but no one looks spectacular when they get out of jail lol

to stay on topic and further what i have said, i don't personally agree with prostitution i would never be a prostitue nor hope it for my future children but i have no right to dictacte what another woman or man does willingly with his or her body nor should the government or the police. It is the worlds oldes proffession after all and how is a woman willingly getting porked for a sum of money and less degrading to her than willingly porking any random guy she meets for no money at all. if you're going to be a hoe might as well make money off of it.

not even in a sense... she/he is prostituting themselves if you are with someone you will be having sex with them at some point so if you dont care about them and are not sexually attracted to them but you are in fact having intercourse with them in order to gain something for yourself that would be prostitution. How many men and women do this? If your girlfriend dumps you because she got all she wanted out of you and isnt interested anymore (maybe you lost a fortune on the stock market or something) can you charge her with prostitution, no ... atleast someone taking money from someone in exchange for sex isnt causing any emotional damage, atleast that person is being honest about their intentions perhaps there is more class in that.

yes im aware of that ... i said if a woman is willing there should be nothing illegal about it.
if she is not willing well it's rape then isnt it and that is already illegal. So because rape is illegal and the whole culture of sex involves people being forced to have it agaisnt their will should sex be illegal... thats pretty rediculous isnt it. As long as she or he is willing to trade sex for money ... why should it be illegal
