The "Rodzina na swoim" program - do we qualify if we get married in the UK?

I and my fiancee have applied for a mortgage here in Poland and we have 1 or 2 offers which are subject to us being married. The question is: Can we get married in the UK and still qualify for the Polish government's "Rodzina na swoim" programme?

Some people say yes, some no. Personally, I see no reason why it shouldn't be possible because (1) both countries are in the EU, and (2) Polish couples frequently get married outside Poland- e.g. in Egypt, Majorca etc. Does the Polish government exclude these people just because they want to get married in the sun?

If anyone has any past experience of this or some in-depth knowledge, I'd really appreciate a definitive answer on this.

Marriage in UK when registered in Poland is valid the same like a marriage in Poland. So it shouldn't be a problem.
