Hello everyone.
I am trying to recruit a female member of staff between 30-40 yrs old for a job in my Wedding dress drycleaners in the UK and I am having difficulty.
Please could someone advice me how I go about doing this?
Kind regards
Scott

After reading some of the other threads I think I better explain why I am looking for a female member of staff.
1. Until recently I had a polish lady working for me. She was a fantastic worker and became more family than employee. She has now had to move back home to take care of her mum who is now a widow with a disability.
2. In my shop we do alot of wedding dress alterations and sometimes the bride to be would rather have a woman do the pinning than me a guy.
3. In the UK workers are protected with a minimum wage so no exploitation is possible.
4. I have a large number of polish customers so it would be nice to have a polish speaking member of staff.
Hope that clarifys that.
