Van hire - pick up Poland leave in UK, drive a rabbit back to UK

My husband and I live in Gdansk and are moving back to the UK in a few weeks. We are looking to hire a van in Poland which we can do a one way journey in. Does anyone know any company? The only reason we need to drive ourselves is because we have a rabbit which needs transporting, so maybe someone knows someone who would drive it back to the UK for us as proffesional companies wont take animals??

youre may need to do the 6 months rabies vaccination thingy, not sure what the stance on micro chips and other vaccinations are with rabbits, i assume its the same as cats and dogs - an absolute nightmare....

After reading the link I put up, it says, that rabbits are free to move from a EU country to the UK. There are no requirements that need to be met.

Hardly fair really, the rabies law is absured IMO.

Is it really just one rabbit, or a Labour Party rabbit? You know, like 15000 are promised, but a million turn up? ;)

haha i've taken her home once already but this time we're moving everything home furniture and all so we need to driver a van but at the moment we can not find a company that will let us hire a van in poland and drop of in england. Although companys in the uk will not carry animals for insurance reasons, hence the reason we need to rent a van

Hello, When are you moving back to the UK? I am moving to Warsaw end of August so if you are moving at similar dates we could swap and I would bring it back to Warsaw. When I was moving from France to the UK, I looked up a one-way van hire but it was so expensive we gave up on the idea...
