Poles leave Britain to return to Poland

There were two groups of ppl who left Poland: 1 group wanted to start a new life there, they got good jobs, rented houses, moved with their families- they are not going to come back, 2nd group: wanted to earn some money to send it home, to earn enough to buy a flat/house in Poland, and they are coming back... but then they see that it was much easier and ( to their surprise) much cheaper to live in the UK and ... we'll see what happens next.

US.. with its dollar so weak is not a country to be and send money home.. so they go to the UK where pound is still strong

And they are leaving the US too...

The troubling economic times here are making some immigrants think about going home. Nineteen years after the collapse of communism and four years after joining the European Union, Poland is booming and young Poles in the United States want to profit from these changes.

God is good to Poles

God is good to Poles? History has told us otherwise.

Almost a year ago now, as Tusk entered office, one of his plans was to lure Poles back to their homeland. It's hard to say how much of his success can be attributed to other factors such as missing 'things Polish' and the relatively dramatic change in the exchange rate.

Word has it that he has increased the number of incentive-based schemes for people to open their own businesses.

That's because Poles cannot let go of the past. They keep re-living the wars over and over and can't forget that by feeding the negative energy into their system. They are slowly changing but it's taking soooooo long. The new generation are more open minded and that's what Poland needs. These Poles returning from abroad come back with new ideas to improve their country. They're getting the hang of it, but it's taking like forever......

Whit first deeper economic crisis, waves of conflicts between NATO and Russia, increasing NATO hostility on Slavic ground, arrival of more immigrants in countries of so called west from their former colonies,... more Poles and Slavs in general would seek to come back to their homelands.

These Poles returning from abroad come back with new ideas to improve their country.

that`s the spirit! That`s the way!

why living in UK where the english pigs want you to go home?? come to germany, here you earn about the same, it's cheaper, when you got no job you get much more social money, the people are more friendly to you when you're from another country, they give polish people more respect like in UK, here are about 2 million of us and it's much nearer to our home country ;)

here i never saw some articles or grafity against polish immigrants, even in germany on polish threads they talk about the british hate against polish people, so why staing there??

since when are British people open to new cultures?

Look at the amount of different cultures in the UK, i would say way more than most other European countries.

And I got my information from Poles

Most people i know have nothing against the Poles at all, in fact they have a very good reputation.
