hi,im doing a cultural night for teenagers, poland is one of the countries im covering,im doing arts and crafts from each country as well as cooking and a game.i was wondering if anyone could help me out with ideas?

Chopin - lot;s about him on the internet and his music is very much related to the folk music of Poland (of course transformed a great deal but still recognizeable) - enough for music I guess
