Polish people in UK - participants for Masters Degree Project Needed!!

I would like to invite all Eastern Europeans living and working in UK to take part in my masters degree research looking at how Eastern Europeans adjust to the new national and work culture and how this affects their well-being and job satisfaction.

Where is the biggest and most eastern European country on this list - Russia? Isn't Macedonia south European? And if not then why Greece is not counted as eastern? How come that Poland is eastern and Finland not?
