Oxford Polish bride 'heartbroken' over arrest - accusations of sham marriage

The United Kingdom has messed up so many places in the world because of its imperialism that it is nice to see people screwing it up with such scams, but they will never have as much negative impact as all the stupid partitions that the British imposed when they decided to leave their colonial holdings. John Bull is a dirty barnyard animal and no Slav should feel anything but superiority to him.

The article from People is from April 2007, so that's four years ago.

Can anyone please eplain the relation between the two articles to me?

I suppose polish women continue the same trend as in 2007 which was the same in 2005 cause the 2011 article mentions eastern european women.
