A rather hilarious story from the Evening Standard in London. It concerns Polish migrants in London, who were brawling amongst themselves to get the right to sleep in a toilet overnight for 20p.

Does anyone know how this problem was solved, or if it was solved at all? Are they still sleeping there? What about in other cities? And what are good honest British citizens supposed to do when they need the toilet and it's occupied by some hairy Polish builder?
Obviously the Polish proclivity for spending time in toilets as cleaners in the UK meant that the idea of sleeping in toilets was a natural progression for them.
From about 10.30pm you can see people fighting over the best cubicles. You can see cardboard on the floor in the morning where they have been making their bed. Every morning the cleaners have to try and drag them out...Some of them are clearly Polish builders
