You need to realize that there's a difference between an immigrant and an asylum seeker. If you're really worried about all these refugees coming in and taking over the UK you need not to worry anymore because only a small percentage of seekers get chosen for refugee status. The UK and other parts of Western Europe are hardly a soft touch as they ship people off to their country of origin (where they will likely be killed) in less than 'humane' ways.
