Depends on what you mean by 'enough'. For your restaurant, you mean? In my experience, i.e. with my family, no custom there, as they are so tight their ar$e$ squeak :D . So as for Polish customers, well... good luck!! But hang on a second. If you're a Kurdish man, are you sure you're going into the right market? You are, one assumes, a Muslim, and the main Polish diet consists of pork. Talking of meat, I used to have a girlfriend of Polish parentage in Sutton Coldfield. That was in the 1970s however. But GOD was she pretty!!!

I do think that bimber may have a good point about the business problems of a Polish restaurant, tho'. I wonder if it's 'exotic' enough for non-Poles or interesting enough for Poles themselves (no disrespect to yourself).
