My reasons for not caring for the Polish are:
(1) Many are racist towards British BORN Asian and black people. They believe they have a greater right to live in the UK by virtue of their colour. Many black and Asian people have a heritage which stems from former British colonies and the Commonwealth. For example, my mother came to the UK (from a small Caribbean island) as a twelve year old girl to study in Harrow. The island that she comes from has the Queen as head of state, they have the same parliamentary system, they speak English, the educational system is the same as the UK, yet a Polish person will come to the UK speaking a different language and culture and yet believe they have more in common with white British people than anyone else. It's quite simply bizarre.
(2) The fact that one every street corner there is a Polski Sklep store. These have changed the nature and character of the UK.
(3) Polish people consider themselves better than black and brown people, yet, Poland is a poor country. The annual GDP per capita for Poland is approximately $7475.71. I am considered 'inferior' yet my mother's country has a GDP per capita of $20,797 and no there are not millions of her compatriots trying to go to the UK to work.
(4) Polish people ignore the general mood of the British public. It is clear that the underlying reason for the forthcoming Referendum is uncontrolled EU migration to the UK. Despite growing hostility towards European migrants and the discord this is creating, you just keep coming. I, personally would never consider going to a country where I might not be welcomed - e.g Argentina, Russia, many parts of Eastern and Central Europe. I have more self-respect.
(5) The fact that even if you do work in this country and do not claim benefits, you benefit your own home economy by sending money back.
(6) It is becoming increasingly difficult to get doctor's appointment. I was born in the UK. Ten years ago, you could get an appointment within a few days - now it takes nearly a month. I have asked receptionists why this is and they quietly admitted it was because there were so many Polish, etc people in this country. You are placing an enormous burden on our infrastructure.
Mostly, though I find Polish racism on the basis of skin colour highly objectionable and feel that if Polish people do not want to live in a country with brown and black people they should return to their homogenously white country where they will be much happier.

Yep - noticed that. You don't need to concern yourself with them, for they are low-life.

(1) Many are racist
So you have decided to be racist back - ding dong!
Poland is a poor country
Do you think that bigger income makes you in any way superior to other human being ?
They believe they have a greater right to live in the UK by virtue of their colour.
Well, many Brits believe that being born in the country doesn't make you automatically British, if you are not of British heritage read - you are not white. Now, shouldn't you according to your logic just up sticks and move out cause same part of the population doesn't really welcome your presence?
Have a good day.
many Brits believe that being born in the country doesn't make you automatically British
As regards ANYBODY who was born and raised in the UK to adulthood - I DO. My British friends do. Don't speak for us, but for those clowns with their Union Jacks flying in their cobbled front drive way, the very people who have built their businesses by employing immigrant labour, whether it be Caribbeans, Asians, Poles, whoever.
Nationalist = bad. Patriot good.
As regards ANYBODY who was born and raised in the UK to adulthood - I DO.
Well, your law doesn't reflect that.
Nationalist = bad. Patriot good.
Maybe in your country, in Poland nationalist translates into organization of patriots.
Now, shouldn't you according to your logic just up sticks and move out cause same part of the population doesn't really welcome your presence?
Er...if you want to pedantic about it, and you clearly do..........
The EU wave Poles in the UK who are racist should be thinking about which peoples were there first - and who has contributed the most...
Then grovel and apologise for their low-life ignorance of other races and creeds.
Well, your law doesn't reflect that.
But it does. Naturalisation. The secret is in the word "Natural."
about which peoples were there first - and who has contributed the most...
Are you taking about WWII Poles that fought for Britain and stayed there? They were they are before large influx of people from the former colonies in the late 50' and 60'. Which wave contributed the most? That dear double standard Dough is a question of perspective.
Er...if you want to pedantic about it, and you clearly do..........
Not really Douglas, I'm only measuring everyone with the same yardstick. If someone thinks that it is right being racist, xenophobic and a dick towards a whole nation just because some individuals from that nation were racist towards him. I'm showing him errors of his way.
One might say I'm boarding his horizon, educating him.
Whereas you true to form of really inferior intellectual capacity are only reacting like a Pavlov's dog with labels, slogans and a standard BS of progressivism.
To your mind just because he is black, he is by a definition in the right and can't be racist. Whereas Poles being white are by the same defection in the wrong. Talking about 'white man guilt' - show it up your white unwashed backside.
But it does. Naturalisation. The secret is in the word "Natural."
Meaning, being born in Britain doesn't automatically grant you British citizenship.
If someone thinks that it is right being racist, xenophobic and a dick towards a whole nation just because some individuals from that nation were racist towards him.
Nobody is saying Poles per se are racist.
What witnesses are saying however is that some Poles in the UK, educated Poles at that, some of who I know personally, are discriminatory and xenophobic towards Asians in particular, and blacks, solely based on their skin colour and lifestyle choice.
As I've said before, us immigrants are always the worst offenders. I had some Asian gentlemen in customs at Coventry airport ask me "What the purpose of my visit" to the UK was. Even when faced with my British passport. He was guarding his country you see, like you Poles are "guarding" your adopted country of the UK.
It doesn't need guarding, so I think you all are safe to go back to your vodka parties and concentrate on other matters, and let the Asians get on with their lifestyle choices at the same time.
Are you taking about WWII Poles that fought for Britain and stayed there?
No, and that is clear to others. I think you would find that that generation was appalled at the EU wave of immigration, and either stay clear of them or (at least at first) exploited them.

you see Doug, even your choice of words here is racist...'Asian gentleman' indeed. Think hard about why you chose the word 'gentleman' here before you start calling racism. Would you have used 'gentleman' if he had been white? I think not. This guy was doing his job, if it was obvious that you are not a UK resident. He was probably born in Croydon.
Pot. Kettle. Black
Asian gentleman' indeed.
Asian ******? Asian bloke? Asian guy? Asian fascist in a customs' coat?
The word "Asian" is important here. The man was from India, born there (from his accent) and was giving me cheek, up with which I shall not put from a Caucasian either.
But at the end of the day I couldn't care less about his race - just the stupid questions, when it was obvious I was British.. No kettle.

No kettle.
'Giving you cheek'? really? Isn't that term more normally used for eg parent / child, teacher/pupil? No he was just doing his job.
yes kettle. YOu chose the word 'gentleman' which you wouldn't have if he had been white.
As in 'wily oriental...'
Possibly your racism is so deep within you that you are not aware that your choice of words says it all.
If you "couldn't care less about his 'race'" then why bring it up?
He was probably born in Croydon.
No. The accent was from the sub-continent. Or am I not allowed to use that term either? Anyway I presume he was a gentlemen, just like a German gentlemen. Or did you assume the word "Wog" ? Please don't assume unless it be with intelligence.
your racism
We don't see you speaking out against the disgusting racism on this board rozumiemnic. But I don't comment on that , so please refrain from polluting this thread.

I think you will find that you do.

Do keep up. I stated the opinion that the immigrants are usually the ones who cry loudest at other immigration - and the customs official, who happened to be an immigrant himself - was ridiculously over-jealous in his job.
This has a bearing on some Poles in Britain who are heard to remark "Look at those dirty immigrants...."
I hope that clears things up for you.
You may enjoy a jobsworth talking down to you as you wish, but some of us reserve the right to scorn.

Huh? Just keep talking Dougie, with every sentence you write in here you are digging an ever deeper hole for yourself.
No, and that is clear to others.
Not really Douglass. You asked who was there first with the most? You have forgotten about those WWII Poles haven't you Doug? There is no shame in that after all you are just an old and confused codger.

My reasons for not caring for the Polish are:
Very good post and I respect your opinion.
After doing some research and finding that 25% of the births given in the U.K. are from Polish immigrant women.
I hadn't realized that until you made your post.
Thank you for educating me on that.

Look whether people want to accept it or not - Many, Polish people are racist. It is not British white people screaming the N word at me as they are driving by in their PL reg cars. It is not white British people referring to a friend of mine working at a supermarket as a monkey. Yes this is ubiquitous and does not just impact me. I was speaking with a woman of mixed parentage two weeks ago. I was astounded that the Polish people at her child's nursery were exhibiting racism towards her and she is half white. She said precisely the same as me - that Polish people have a cheek coming here and adopting this attitude as if they have a greater right to live here than people born here.
As for Britishness and how to define it. Well I'm sorry but once again I shall reiterate that my mother's country of birth has the Queen as head of state, the parliamentary system is the same, the educational system is exactly the same - the language is the same and so is the religion. Moreover, substantial number of s Asian and Black people fought in the two world wars for their "motherland" - Google it!
As for the assertion that I myself am being racist towards Polish people. Firstly, would you like me to respond with... love? I am not nor do I care to be Martin Luther King. I am not going to listen to the racist diatribes of many Polish people and then hold out my hand to shake theirs. Secondly, the definition of racism - is prejudice PLUS power. Ethnic minorities cannot be racist towards white people - "Racism
involves having the power to carry out systematic discriminatory practices through the major institutions of society." - Pray what power do black or Asian people have to change a white and specifically a Polish person's livelihood or raison d'etre? As for financial comparisons with Poland - yes I will make them so long as Polish people act as if they are coming to the UK from an economically sound country like Germany. They are not - They are coming here from a poor country (with an added superiority complex) so as long as they act as if they want to try and put me in my place, I shall respond in kind.
If people do not like my response or want me to provide an answer to appease them, then maybe the question should not have been asked in the first place. I'm sorry but I hope the UK votes to leave the EU. I don't see why I should be made to feel as if I have no right to live in the UK! If every black and Asian person was deported from the UK, do you really think that you would be wholeheartedly embraced? Your culture and language are so removed from the British culture which is why so many white British people want to leave the EU - aside from the burden placed on housing, schools and hospitals..

That is a significant change in your tone, many maybe but not all, not really unless you are a racist.
It is not British white people screaming the N word at me
Could be that contrary to British people Polish people are not aware they could land themselves into trouble with the law and the police for doing that.
