The Daily Mail - coverage of the Polish people

Many an occassion I witnessed Poles in scubba gear swimming in the lakes around Krakow with harpoons sneaking up on the poor defenseless swans. Other times I had to step in when it was squirrel hunting season because most of the hunters were using TnT to blow the suckers out the trees...this was just wrong :/

In a more truthful note, anyone who goes within an inch of a swan is taking their lives into their own hands. Swans I often regard as being evil and will attack at any second :)

So why aren't Irish people generally moronic racists? I mean, I know that you are but I rarely meet any others.

Sounds to me exactly like the average Polish person talks about them. Well, what goes around comes around, I guess. What I read on this forum often resembles the way the Daily Mail writes about the Polish. I guess they shouldn't complain then.

I just had a thought....Why would Poles be hunting swans when there are fields full of sheep , pigs and cows in the UK....?

Poles are suspicious and doubt motives of others, is not a bad thing, not always anyway.

Ironside, I could give you the phone number of my Polish neighbour. We were drinking together for the first time last weekend (the night of the Pudzian fight) and he very much believes that Poles have a victim complex. I have to agree with him, many do.

I don't often see it either as I teach English a lot during the week and the topics don't relate to Polish history much at all. Still, I see it on this forum and also from older Poles.

But apparently they taste of fish and you have to feed the signet oats to make them taste nice.
Swans, genus Cygnus, are birds of the family Anatidae, which also includes geese and ducks.

So if a cow put on some make-up and wore a nice dress it would cease to be ugly and you wouldn't eat it?

If you had read my previous entries, you would have seen that I live in Wroclaw from Friday to Monday and in the Netherlands during the rest of the week. I work in the Netherlands, take a plane to Wroclaw on Friday, log on to my "company's" network on Monday morning, work a couple of hours, fly back to the Netherlands and log on again when I am at home.

And this every single week.

Does that count?

Okay ... my words came out wrong. What I meant to say was that -if you read the entries on this forum- people are pretty much against foreigners. And only a few of us protest. Now the Daily Mail has obviously written some articles about swan-eating, fish poaching, raping Poles and then suddenly this whole forum explodes about how badly they are treated. Seems like double standards to me.

Well that's why I gave another option : prepubescent troglodytes living in their parents basement in other countries that troll this site. They're not Polish, well most of them, all of our countries have a minority of "Daily Mail" opinionated arses, even Ireland has RevokeNice to drag down our light hearted, good intentioned land :)
