Mr Phillips, who is chairman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, is calling for a Scotland "weighting" to be built into the system that will essentially allow skilled workers from overseas into the UK who would otherwise be barred.

This is a typical example of the treacherous nature of modern capitalistic business and enterprise. And politicians like this one are only puppets on the wire providing services and law frame for it. These entrepreneurs are interested only in money and profit and they don't give a sh..t about consequences.

All these millions of nonwhite immigrants couldn't invade Europe without support of big business. Business needed them to work and provide profit. And still needs them. That is why they keep coming. Entrepreneurs don't care at all about demographical changes and devastating consequences of their policy as far as they make profit. National and racial questions are not their interest.
They think they will be able to hold full control over these processes from their ivory towers. But there is a slight problem. Immigrants keep coming and keep breeding, and one day when they become numerous and strong enough they will take charge. And nobody will be there capable to stop them. Because white men and women, especially in western Europe and America are being constantly brainwashed to accept these immigrants as something good and desirable. They have been told that "multiculturalism" is something beautiful and that "enriches" them.
White nations are being softened by good and easy life, hedonism, egoism and constant propaganda so they do not make any problems for globalised business which will do everything for profit.
But, muslims, Chinese, ******* and other third world Orcs don't think same way. They don't give a sh...t about "multi-culti" crap. If they achieve to gain power there will not be place for white men in their world. Including people like this politicians and his masters who brought them in your countries in the first place.
Also the so called "common people" of these countries are to be blamed too. Why they need skilled foreigners? Because there are no skilled natives. People from Western European and North American countries become lazy. They don't wanna learn. They don't wanna work. Everybody would like to do some easy desk job and receive lot of money for it. Nobody wants to make his hands dirty anymore. Nobody wants to learn some useful skills. Instead everybody claim to be lawyers, stock brokers, clerks, politicians and so called businessmen. Almost all of the most appreciated modern professions are unproductive and generally useless. But somebody has to produce goods and money for spending. And there are two ways to do that. Outsourcing your industry to China and other Asian countries and bringing cheap third world labor in your countries.

You live in Scotland. When you look at the people who cleans your streets and take off your garbage, people who are doing all the hard and dirty work, how many of them are Scotsmen? How many native Scottish craftsmen are there? Your appliances are probably being fixed by some Pakistani or Chinese handyman. If you are lucky perhaps a Pollack. At least he is white.
And that lack of diligence and will for work and education will cost the British very expensive. Man can only hope that British people will realize these problems and turn another page. And change their attitudes and practice.
