You can have him Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays - but dont expect much he'll be too tired :0)

LOL Maybe he will be useless from Thursdays on ;)

Maybe we are not after the same Mr. Darcy after all? Are you CF or MM girl?

I can only talk about how I feel about women as an Englishman as I know very well that we are all actually very different depending on where we were bought up and how we were parented e.g. if Dad acted in a particular way towards the opposite sex, then son would probably follow in line...

Typical stereotypes e.g Andy Capp have Northerners actually preferring the company of other men in a pub to women but at the end of the night, going home for a cuddle, some scoff and maybe something more (depending on how many pints were consumed). Southern stereotypes tend to be along the lines of Mr Darcy!

Personally, I have always preferred the company of women to men and I just love them. Maybe that's why I have been married twice and have lived with 6 different women. I've probabaly bought more fridge freezers and 3-piece suites than most men have had holidays abroad!

I'm English, I love women, can't get enough of them and I am definately not gay! I also like to watch footie, eat kebabs and drink lots of booze - but not all the time. Sometimes I can be the romantic, cook Sunday dinner, buy flowers Mr Darcy type too!

In summary: We are all different no matter where we come from. I really like some Polish guys, others I don't!

Getting kind of bored now with the stereo-typing going on with this forum, We are all different and that's good - because if we were all the same, life would be extremely boring, wouldn't it!

What do you think?

I think that you have no clue what Mr. Darcy is all about ;)

"British men don't like women"

Source? Brassy, self indulgent, over confident, over analysing, Carrie Bradshaw wannabe colmunist who wants to cause controversy.

Oh, that would explain it then...

You can find articles like these about guys from just about any nationality, and such articles are usually written by foreign ladies who probably couldn't get laid because of their own sexual inhibitions, and of course carrying a bag of unrealistic expectations or being way too picky usually doesn't help either. What can I say? Funny thread, thanks for the laugh!

Paulino, it's not like British men don't like women: they are afraid of them first and foremost :-)

In countries such as Britain any interactions with women in the workplace should have strictly professional conduct .

Flirting at work is stomping on a thin ice - even if she likes it now, doesn't mean that she won't change her mind in the future. And any accusation of improper behaviour may result in getting sacked or even taken to count.

Guess Tom Jones, the late Roger Moore, Richard Burton, and the very much alive Sean Connory were just hangin' out for the ride, is that it?

Each of the aforementioned were considered the sexiest WOMANizers alive in their day:-)

Spot on. That is why I would never go on business trip with a woman. If it were absolutely necessary, we would stay in separate hotels, eat separately, and even rent separate cars. Who needs that risk. No woman would ever be worth it. Plus, they lie all the time.

Business trip LOL. Every Russian easter you get a half day to listen to Shostakovich in a public park and then get wrecked on flavored vodka on the tram home. A nasty hangover afterwards allows plenty of contemplatrion of your profession of abusive trolling.

well, good. It has only been like that for a few years btw. up to the 80s and 90s women had to put up with all kind of inappropriate chit chat, 'artwork', and (ahem) 'flirting' in the office. If you think that was a good thing, I suggest you ask your mother or sister how they enjoyed it..

You are there to do a job of work, not harass women.

Crying about the fact that you can no longer do that in the workplace just makes you sound really sad and inadequate.

But he's a nationalist. Polish nationalists hate women in the workplace, because they should be in the kitchen.

You can ask me if you want.

when I was 17 I had a female boss (45) , yes all the jokes about being a Virgin, touching me up, attempted drunken kisses at the office parties, sexual innuendo (wanted me in bed), I could go on and on problem was she was the boss, my paycheck and career prospects relied on me laughing it all off, It was that bad I never admitted to having a girlfriend so that the old slag would not get jealous.

Yuk

Right, Johnny!

Therefore, why this persistent slander that the English are some sort of "fag country"? Because a people's favorite avocation is gardening and watercoloring, that makes them homosexuals??! Because somebody in a homogeneous grouping stands out because they have a perceptible foreign accent, does that necessarily make them a spy?

I don't follow the logic.

:-)

It's good to have you both. You know what I should think before I even think about it. You also know what I should say before I say it. You are truly a unique human beings :-P

PS: You should get familiar with a definition of psychological projection: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_projection

That doesn't surprise me, your problem is called Toxic Masculinity

I'd scarcely describe myself as overly macho either, remain though confused as to this unfounded stereotype of the Brits, that's all.
Why are foreigners, particularly Americans, so, so threatened by gentility and proper upbringing?
Miloslaw  21 | 5181

Because many women find the suave gentlemany behaviour of some British men attractive.

Perhaps U.K. women have become un-lovable? And it isn't for the typical bad Brit teeth. Cultural marxism has expressed its malignant self quite thoroughly in the U.K. producing a virulent crop of crude, boorish, drunken "ladette" females who spend their weekend nights wallowing unconscious face down on the curb in puddles of their own bodily fluids, soiled pants and all. What's not for a man to like in such liberated womyn.

You are a victim of believing stereotypes.
Which says little for your intelligence and judgement.

It seems you are a victim of simple thinking. In that case, a simple colouring book might help you understand the basis that stereotypes originate for a reason.
