Has anyone ever stayed at the Guest House Wytchnienie in Lublin?

If all goes well, I am hoping to visit Lublin this yr for about 4-5 days. I know that is not enough but part of my trip is to locate an address from a 70 yr old letter and see if the building still exists. Also, want to use Lublin as a base in order to make a some side trips to a couple of small villages that have a connection to the family. What I would like to know what people think of the 'Guest House Wytchnienie'. I was thinking of staying at this place during my visit to Lublin and wanted to know if this place is worth it. I don't really want to stay in a hostel partially due to security reasons. The price for this place seemed reasonable enough for what I was quoted of 60zl a night. Part of it is wanting a room to myself for my own security, where the price does not exceed 75 zl and the place is respectable enough and not run down or in a rough part of town. Also, I want to see about obtaining some paperwork on relatives that lived there during the war. Especially their length of residency. Thanks.

My brother and his wife stayed at a teacher's hostel in Lublin. I saw the building from the outside. Not the most glamorous looking place. Very reasonably in his opinion.

Place has positive reviews with some complains on some small size rooms( too small) ; most compliment the hosts as friendly and helpful; good parking, easy access to the city center, fine kitchen .

So long as it is not a closet, but is reasonable enough in size where I can move around some. Roughly 2m by 2m.

The place I stayed at last seems to have gone, but there are plenty of cheap options in Lublin. The Królewska seems very central and the Huzar looks ok. Most of the online booking services have plenty of places in Lublin.

Beware of some of these 'guest rooms' like the one you mention - they aren't always good.

When are you thinking of visiting Lublin?
If it's during the summer (July-September) I have rooms in my house you could rent for a few nights. Much cheaper than a hotel but also secure.

The house is 3kms from the city centre...
If you're interested let me know
