I've just bothered myself with a 350km journey from Miedzyrzec Podlaski which is far east to my beloved Krakow. I had planned to visit Krakow for a weekend but then a good Polish friend 'spat the dummy' when i told him he wasn't part of my visit plans. Anyway, He's convinced me to drop by his albeit briefly. Now i'm flying into Chopin, and here's my grand plan:
Land at Chopin on Thursday, at around midnight, hire a car and do a good 2hrs drive to podlaski.
Then Friday Evening, do the mighty 350km drive to Krakow. Do my business and fly out on Monday from Katowice.
Now time is very paramount as i have a long-ish to do list in Krakow, so i would prefer to spend my time in Krakow rather than travelling.
If you sense any flaw in my plan, please advice or better yet, suggest a grander plan!
Thanks in advance
PS: I've not been back in Poland for over 2 years now..I'm sure a lot has changed - especially traffic laws. Anything i should know of?
